Living in Colour is an eight-week healing and recovery programme for women who have experienced abortion. Delivered in small, private groups, it provides a safe and confidential space to process emotions, understand grief, and begin a journey toward healing.
The programme gently guides participants through their experience, helping them work through feelings such as loss, guilt, anger, and forgiveness, while offering hope for restoration and renewed purpose.
Courses run regularly across New Zealand and are facilitated by women who have experienced abortion themselves.
